Partial Port

My number was ported from previous provider to Sky on the 24th June. I can make calls and send iMessages but can't receive incoming calls or SMS. Have rang Sky numerous times, been on the chat function, a complaint has been made and still no updates from Sky. I use my number for both personal and business use and haven't received any calls since the 23rd June.

@NigelHowarth

Has Sky told you that your number has transferred or it has partially ported ?

Not an answer to your issue but note that Sky mobile is for personal use only.  (It's the first paragraph of the contract you agreed)

Of course, many use their phone outside these terms but all consequential losses would not be covered.

You may wish to consider switching to provider that offers business terms.

Sky will not provide a VAT invoice for such consumer contracts.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes, I've spoken to sky and they have said it's with their porting team but nearly two weeks now without calls and SMS
