Parental unlock

I can't view some sites and tick tok won't let me watch some videos. Think parental lock is on and I can't get it off

@Rob281 Parental lock on mobile can only be removed by verying your age, the only methods Sky accept are a valid credit card or the use of a credit agreement through Sky mobile.

You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
