Parental controls

Hi all,

I am trying to turn parental controls off however it is asking for a credit card... I do not own a credit card. 
I have tried to apply both debit card details but it just isn't allowing me to. Just keeps saying credit card needed. 
any help on this?

Only a credit card will do.

 

Alternatively, if you have a credit agreement with Sky then call them on 150 and they should be able to remove the controls.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours.
