Hi @Mamasandy  parental controls only work on mobile data. If you are using WiFi then you need to adjust the control on the WiFi settings.

My daughter has a gambling problem. After being on t u e list of gamblers restricted and still being allowed on sites she self restricted. Her phone has adult restricted yet I have now found out that the restrictions are still allowing everything that is for over 18's

Sorry to say but I have gambling restrictions on my WiFi also. The WiFi is the only one that actually works. Since being on the gamblers blocked list offers from gambling sites are constantly being sent to all our phones via texts and emails and through the post which has never happened before. Is there another way of blocking using the phone number

Can someone please tell me how I can block gambling sites being used by the phone number as its is still allowed with the parental controls on
