Parental control

I haven't got a credit card contacted sky to get parental control turned off . I was told it would take 48 hours to resolve. I am the bill payer and I am 41 I don't know why I need a credit card to prove my age . I'm thinking about leaving sky as I always have a poor signal and this parental control is annoying me .

Sounds like you already called Sky.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over.

Yes, it's just as important as through a mobile.
