Sounds like you already called Sky.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over.

I guess I will cancel my broadband lol we all know what I'm getting at . It's pointless paying for internet that is currently useless 😂
