Parcel not received

I have ordered a new phone from sky it seems to be delivered on 7th of October but suddenly DPD notified me that there is a delay in parcel 

And still its showing delay even they are saying its deemed missing and instructed me to contact sky 

i don't whats going on and to whom should i contact

Hi @Ahsan5  as Sky are the customer of DPD they need to initiate an investigation so you need to call sky and get them to chase it up with DPD.
