I'm trying to return my iPhone under sky swap via Royal Mail. Returns label provided by Sky says 'Return parcels the easy way with Parcel Collect' but when I enter the tracking no from the returns label the RM website says package is not eligible for collection. Why not? I don't have a local Post Office so special round trip is now required!
