Discussion topic: Parcel Collect says sky swap mobile not eligible for collection from home

I'm trying to return my iPhone under sky swap via Royal Mail. Returns label provided by Sky says 'Return parcels the easy way with Parcel Collect' but when I enter the tracking no from the returns label the RM website says package is not eligible for collection. Why not? I don't have a local Post Office so special round trip is now required!
