Paid in full
I paid this in full , I was told there was nothing more to pay , this is on record

You are only telling other customers here.
You will still be charged for the sim unless you cancel this so more details on what is happening would be helpful so does your credit agreement show that it has been paid off in full ?
What do your future bills show ?

I have requested help from sky however it seems sky are unable to help me/ contact me back , wondering whether customers have had the same.
I paid the full remaining balance over 3 weeks ago , confirmed over the phone nothing left to pay , I have checked and I have no active sim , plus I have no future bills ?
