PAC number retrievals

I want to leave sky mobile, but can't receive texts from sky. They won't send the pac numbers to my email address so am stuck. Any suggestions please

Hi @Bluegrass95  tell them under Ofcom rules they must provide one.

Threaten them with an Ofcom complaint and you could also try a Sky complaint.

Is there more to this that you are telling us though? E.g Are you the account holder? Do you owe money?

 

What happens when you try and text PAC and your DoB to 65075 or go to sky.com/leavesky ?

I don't owe them any money, and have already moved tv and broadband because I got fed up of all the mistakes they were making. I was staying with my daughter and they couldn't get my moving to a flat sorted out correctly., they were mixing the phone numbers up and stating the one number that belonged to another person was my daughters number etc.

the crux of the complaint is that they can't give me the pac numbers for my iPads and iPhone because I can't get texts from them to my phone. -  I don't have a problem getting texts from anyone else!!

Not yet, I complained and was told to wait 72 hours, I think it will be best to wait till after bank holiday

The link provided by @63johnw explains the methods of making a complaint.

 

Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
