I am a Sim only customer and have just upgraded to a contract phone, there are multiple sims on my account and I want to keep my old number, how do I keep my number

Hi @Kellybrown if you mean transferring your old number from a sky sim to a new sky sim/plan then not easily, you can't transfer it directly, you would need to get a PAC from sky and transfer your number to a different network on PAYG then port it pack to the new sim.

Just use the sim you have with the number you want in your new phone.
