I have been trying for 4 hours to get a PAC code for a contract that expired last month, and after phone calls, online chat, and being hung up on by a Manager I still have no PAC code, all because their 6 Digit code won't send. It should not be that hard. They even told me to read the numbers off my Sky Q box which I had to detach. Then I was halfway through a call to a manager and got cut off as the WHOLE OF SKY went to do training.
anyone else have difficulty in the very simple process of getting a PAC code?
