PAC code

Hi there. So I'm moving from Sky and want to keep my number. Got the PAC code from Sky and when I go to new provider to enter the code it doesn't work! Any suggestions would be great

Hi @Fiona141  you could call sky on 150 and get them to confirm the PAC.

How long ago did you get the PAC as they expire.

 

...but you may want to contact your new provider too as to why the PAC isn't accepted

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
