PAC code not working

Cancelled Daughters mobile phone on my Account.

@Bevrey Call customer service then, the community here is mainly a customer to customer support platform and i don't think the few Sky staff here can assist with this issue.

You say it was 'cancelled'?

 

If it was actually cancelled then then number is lost.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not helpful. Don't like attitude. 
I have been trying all morning but cannot get human being to speak with. If you try through any other option it says call but u can't

If you read title the PAC Code given to leave does not work hence trying to call

What do you mean by this so how is your daughters phone cancelled ?

I did, it's ambiguous.

 

This is why I asked for clarification as the PAC has a limited period to be used.  If that period has expired and the account is cancelled then it may be difficult to retain the number.

A number will transfer over on the next working day so the next working day after Friday is Monday so if this is what you are doing then this have taken place by Tuesday at the latest.
