PAC code issues

I moved over to sky a few days ago & wanted to keep my number from Vodafone which seemed to work fine but then today they said it would change over properly but I now have no signal no bars nothing can't call sky to sort as I have no phone just WiFi I need this sorting as I have a 3 year old & worry I can't receive calls.

What sim are you using in the phone as it should now be the Sky one if they transferred over today,

 

With the Sky sim in the phone try this:

 

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
