PAC code & number transfer problems

Let me tell you a little story

On 27 December last year on the recommendation of a friend I signed up for a Sky mobile sim only deal and on the 29th received my sim in the post. So armed with my Pac Code from GiffGaff I authenticated my sim and entered my Pac details into the form when asked. And waited. And waited and heard nothing. So on the 5 Jan 26 I resent my Pac code and received an acknowledgement saying the transfer of my GiffGaff number to Sky would be complete by the 7th of January. And on the 7th I( received a text saying the transfer was complete and my GiffGaff number (***731) was now my Sky mobile number. So you can imagine my surprise when after contacting a couple of friends they were asking who I was and had I changed my number recently (***740 from Sky sim). This isn't the only anomaly, I can receive calls on both numbers. But the sim status claims the number on the chip is ***731.

Can someone at Sky please fix this so that ***731 is actually the correct number.

Hi @P_B  this isn't sky CS so no one from sky will do anything. 

if this is an iPhone try going to settings, general, transfer or reset iPhone, reset, reset network settings (you will need to set up your WiFi connection again).
