I moved to Sky Mobile about one and a half years ago. My previous provider, Vodafone, has now sent me a warning about inactivity on my old phone number.
Please confirm whether my Vodafone number was transferred to my Sky Mobile account, or whether I need to take any action, such as providing a PAC, to avoid losing the number.
What number is your mobile using now, was it the one you had with Vodaphone ?
