PAC Code without network

Good afternoon, please can somebody help with how to get a pac code when I have no service from SKY. 

Live chat is 100% incompetent. I have been on it 5 hours and give up.

For the no service issue have do any mast issues show here for you:

There are two ways to obtain the pac code, call Sky on 150 or send a text message.

I can not send or receive an SMS!! Hence asking. 

It is not a mast issue.

Can you call Sky on 150 to see is they can raise it for you ?

Hi @TMM  try this, if you use the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, click on your sim, click on manage sim, scroll to the bottom, switch to or from sky, I want to leave sky and you should be able to get your PAc there after passing security checks.

Thanks, but that sends a PAC by SMS. I am unable to receive SMS (or anything) hence needing to leave.

I need a PAC by email or on screen.

How long have you had no network and have you tried rebooting your phone ?
