PAC Code Issue

I have bought an E-Sim.

I couldnt get a PAC code as my old number is connected to a buisness account and I am not an account holder.

I delayed the activation of the E-Sim.

I now have a PAC code and activated my E-Sim.

During activation it did not ask for my PAC code.

Now when I go to manage the sim and enter the PAC code, the box is greyed out.

It gives me a message stating that there is already a number transfer in progress. 

I simply dont understand how there is a transfer in progress!

I have no texts on my old number or new number to even state that a number transfer in progress. I.e. there is nothing on my old SIM to state 'we are sorry you are leaving'. 

I activated the E-sim on Friday and it's now Sunday.

You will need to call Sky about this, 150 is the free number to use andwhen you do stay nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

The pac code should come through as a text message so if you requested it from Sky then call them on 150 about this as they should be able to tell you what it is.
