Hi, Does anyone know if there are charges if I make a call from the UK to overseas (Europe) or if I am overseas are there charges to calls made to the UK?

Yes, that's an International call.  Sky Mobile tariff guide | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Most calls to Europe are 25p/min.

Depends on the location.  But many locations are inclusive once you've paid your roaming charge (£2/day for roaming passport plus).
