Over paid

I missed a payment and paid a day late when i realised. The payment was made but sky automatically took the payment again a couple of days later

Hi @K882  yes if you miss a payment Sky will try again, usually 10 days, then if the money still isn't there your service is restricted. The money will show as credit and go towards your next bill or you can ask for a refund, once it shows as credit and if you want a refund, come back here so we can get you help with that.

Sly will always try to take the payment from you again if you have a direct debit setup on your account which is probably why this has happened so should this happen again anytime there is no need to make a manual payment if there are funds available when they do try again.
