Over charged by £38.30

Hi,

I looked at my bill and its said I've been charged an extra £38.30 on top of my exsisting bill for my old i 14 that I've given back, why is this? When I've received an email saying there's nothing to pay??

When did you return this phone as the billing on it will not stop until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky and that can take up to 3 weeks to happen so until then billing will continue against it.

Hi 

I sent it back a few weeks ago and had an email saying nothing to pay! Will I be refunded there? Also been over charged the last month but that's because they thought I was keeping the phone so I know I'll get that back!

You should be credited back any overpayment so keep an eye on your future bills once the phone has been inspected.
