Over £10 over charge

Hello, 

My bill is supposed to be around £36. It's saying that my next bill is £47.30. Over £10 extra. I had changed my payment date from the 6th, to the 1st. I wasn't warned that would mean an extra charge. I'd rather keep it as the 6th if that is the case. I don't think it's fair that I am having to do this without any awareness.

Hi @Toni+Anne  you will need to call sky to see if it's possible to revert back to your old date. Call on 150. They may not be able to change it back til your next billing period. 

Sky do warn you when changing your billing date. 

"When you change your payment date your next bill might be higher"
