Today I bought two iPhone 14's and my old iPhone 12's that I bought almost 4 years ago on a 36month contract are still appearing on my app under "your devices"... i don't want this to cause any trouble in the future as I will most definitely be buying more phones and I have already reached the "5 phone per account" limit. is there anyway to delete these phones off the system whilst still keeping them as they are fully paid off... thanks - millie

Old devices like this don't count as an active device as you are not paying for them so should you have an issue you would need to call Sky on 150 to get the order placed.
