I'm trying to order a phone to send to my child in uni in the USA. I can't send myself as it was originally sent back by DPD even though the customs description was clear and it was a brand new phone. can sky send the phone to any other address other than the account holder? I was told they could by someone in the VIP team that they could send it. I've been on the phone for over 40mins now, still no answer and the VIp direct number was incorrect. 🤦♀️🤯
Our understanding is that the device can only be sent to the account holders address for security reasons.
