Ordered on the 30th November

Ordered a Mobile and a iPad on the 30th of November. Delivery said 14 days but there has been no dispatch date on the app am now worried it's not goi g to arrive before Christmas

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into stock levels or the timescales.

14 days will take you to this Friday so there is still a chance you could get your order within that timescale.
