Ordered new phone

 Yesterday I ordered two iPhone 14 pro but I haven't received any update on it so can you please check it and let me know if order  submitted properly or it's in process

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no contact from Sky.

Being customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. Also any delivery estimates provided on the website aren’t always that accurate. The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
Any mention of 'on back order' means there is no stock available to fulfill your order.
