Swapped iPhone 15 for iPhone 16 pro max, order say action required?

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.
You will need to contact Sky direct.
Also note that Apple announced last week they no longer produce the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max so there will be supply issues.
