Order

I ordered an iPad Air a month ago and it has been on back order ever since. I was told it would come in 1 week but nothing. When i try and view the iPad on the sky website it says it's not available. Can anyone help, is it even coming, shall i try and cancel it?

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. Give Sky a call to see if they have any further information on the availability.

Simple answer… If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Sky won't contact you. In fact they won't know who you are from a forum post.

 

What Sky box as you've posted on the Sky Mobile board?
