I applied for a contract with sky and it said I passed the credit check but would need to pay money up front and so I did, the money has came out of my account but when I go to the order section of my account it says I need to call sky, does anyone no why this may be? Does this mean I haven't been accepted for my contract, I'm not sure what's going on, I got an email to say thank you for my order also but nothing else

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou haven't said what you've ordered but you'll need to call Sky to find out. If you'd definitely failed the enhanced credit check you'd have received an email telling you that.

I ordered a phone..I didn't receive an email to say I failed, I must call them thank you
