Hi, I've just placed an order but on my account isn't showing any orders and I can't find my order I've placed?

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales but when it’s on its way you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
