Order phone

so I have booked my phone and received a confirmation letter and my credit agreement however when I went to go check and track my order unfortunately it was not showing up on the app and saying that there was a problem so I'm not sure what is really going on? And I would like that to be sorted really quickly please as I have already paid my upfront cost of £12

If it still says there is a problem when it is more than 24 hours since you placed the order then you will have to get in contact with Sky about it either by calling or using social media as there are links at the bottom of this page you can use to do this.
