Order not yet dispatched

Recently ordered the galaxy z fold 7 on 10/09/2025 which has just been listed as "coming soon" since then. I know its not been too long but it didnt say that it was out of stock and was wondering if there is a delay atm and if so when it would likely be dispatched. Also conscious that there is a promotion at the moment with Samsung and I don't want to miss it. Thanks

Tne delay is probably down to Sky awaiting delivery from their supplier.

 

You can use claim up to 30 days past the closing date of a promotion with Samsung.

No worries, thought that might be the case. I assumed there might be a few employees on here that would know for sure but just seen it's for customers which isn't ideal as getting in contact with sky directly isn't exactly easy.
