Order not received
I placed an order which was due for delivery on 7th January but didn't come and have received no update. Please advise how to proceed as I can't seem to be able to actually contact anyone from Sky or DPD

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.
If you have ordered an iPhone 17 there may still be delays. This happens every year after a new iPhone is launched.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Thanks for the reply Daniel 😊
Got the email confirming the order, another one from DPD saying it was to be delivered on Thursday and one from Sky to say the device was in its way. Have spent all day trying to sort it out and speak to a real Sky human person and can't seem to get anywhere and then was advised to post here.
Think ill leave it until Monday and try again. Thanks again for taking the time to reply 😊

Did DPD send you an email or text with a one hour delivery slot as that is usually a sign that they have it for delivery.

No, no time slot email just a thing saying it was due for delivery on Thursday 8th. When I tracked it on Thursday it said it was on its was to the Antrim facility and due for delivery today and then after Thursday its now just saying its on its way to the Antrim facility 🤷🏻♀️

I would say it is either been delayed or it is still at the factory so you might receive the one slot email early next week, if not you might want to contact DPD about this.
