Join the club, majority of us havent recieved anything email wise from sky, just a message in our apps saying possible delivery by 4th October

I'm exactly the same I canceled my contract with EE which is ending on the 3rd October I'm hoping I'm comes before then otherwise I'm left with no SIM...
Also on my orders my SIM says SIM activated however no update on the iPhone delivery. Ordered on preorder and just says "coming soon"

12th Sep 1:04pm 17pm pre order, still no message on the sky app regarding delivery estimates. Called sky a few times over the last few days but have been told different things each time. Just stuck on "order dispatched" and dpd tracking telling me they're waiting for sky to send them the parcel

Ordered on pre order date at 1 pm and completed order by 1.01
I have spent 4 hours on the phone today!!!
Transferred to different people
Julio the manger has promised to call me back at 10 am which I doubt will happen!
I was promised a call back today at 1 pm buy a different manager and that never happened

and they've had no reply it's not a fail being selfish and having to wait for a phone like some people say!!
it's the fact that I was one of the first people to pre-order the iPhone and other people have got it before me which is ain't there fault its sky!!
My argument is why I was not first to receive

People have had about the 4th October
All iv had is order confirmation!
No messages
Sim activated 3 days ago online for some reason
Iphone offer showing delivery coming soon
I have given up with this whole situation.
The advisor transferred me through to all the department when I was meant to go to a manager. I was told they went home. I explained they work till 9 and said you can either hang up on me or il just wait. I got a manager arlfter 3.5 hours for him to say he will escalate it again but the phones on back order and nothing he can do and he offered 10 compensationnwhich I refused!

No customer service that know what to say
Who ever got a message saying 4th October will be getting the phone before people who got the message tho I can bet that.

Ordered at 1.30 one 12th, told 19th.
on the 18th at 7.52pm got a message on app saying it will be delivered by the 26th.
Just checked the app again tonight had a message at 7.42pm again saying will be delivered by 26th.
The 1st bit of consistency I've had, hoping they keep to their word cause I go on holiday on 29th.
order was for pro max blue 512gb

Ordered and signed within an 45 minutes of pre-orders going live. After being told twice that I'd get a delivery on 19th, nothing updated from "in progress".
I got a stealth message into my account at 7.52 on 18th saying delivery is expected by 26th. I've kept checking messages expecting an update to push delivery out to 4th Oct or beyond, but I've had an update at 7.46 tonight telling me delivery is still expected by 26th September - I'll keep my fingers crossed, but won't believe any of it until I at least have some tracking.

I been told that they cant promise delivery date as any dates given are incorrext due ti system error all i want ti do is cancel mine sick of the bull from the call centre over that lastt few days. Diffrent story everytime you call so cancelled my tv and my remaining phone contracts sky service is so poor am not staying.

I dont understand why some have had messages and some havent......Ive had nothing i dont think i will ever pre-order this phone again its not worth the stress and lies being told ive never known anything like this at all ....its crazy

Order not delivered (iphone 17)
I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro, which was due for delivery on 19th September via DPD. Tracking initially showed it was out for delivery, but later updated to say it was delayed, though still expected that day. A further update then said there had been an issue on the route and it would arrive the next working day.
It still hasn’t arrived, and there have been no further tracking updates since. The Sky support page says to contact DPD, while DPD say to contact the sender.
Has anyone experienced this before? Who is best to contact first to get this resolved?

Hi @Mshepp87 as Sky are DPD's customer it is them that should be chasing this up. You should be contacting Sky but it's up to them to follow up with DPD.

Still no iPhone 17 pro max
I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and it said it would be delivered on the 19th of September, when I look to see what is happening it just says waiting for a delivery date. I'm disappointed that I've not been told anything.
