Order cancelled

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max on bill pay over 2 weeks ago paying €400 upfront. I have just received a text message saying that my order was cancelled and to order again. I have had poor communication from Sky up to this point so I am reluctant to order the phone again, especially when I have not received a refund yet. I am waiting all day for someone to get back to me. Where do I stand now in terms of cancelling my contract? I do not wish to remain a customer under these circumstances. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

If you are only a Sky Mobile customer and you order has been cancelled then you are not a Sky customer so other than getting the money you paid upfront back you can walk away now. The refund should take no more than a few weeks to get back to you.
