Order cancelled

Hello. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max. I passed the credit checks and was ready to pay the upfront fee, but the page to input my payment details wouldn't load. I tried to refresh but it was the same problem. I swapped devices, went through the order process again and managed to pay and submit my order. I got no confirmation other than "Thank you for ordering from Sky Mobile". Around an hour ago, I got an email to say my order was cancelled. I wasn't sure if they were referencing my previous order that failed. Under "my orders", it shows the order as complete and delivery date coming soon. So, has it been cancelled, have they cancelled the other order that crashed, if they cancel it does it show as cancelled on your orders? I'm confused and looking for help here before I join the queue.

Hi @NJS64  that usually means the order has been cancelled due to a failed credit check. A call to sky will confirm but they won't be able to tell you why. It could be due to to many applications in a short space of time.
