the day when my order was supposed to be dispatched I left the country for few days as I got some emergency to do therefore the best way i choose to cancel that because I was not present at that adress nor was anyone else so i request you to cancel this order once I'll be in the country ill order it again according to my convenience

You can't cancel an order via the Community forum. It can only be done by contacting Sky.
