Order awaiting dispatch

hey guys I ordered an iPhone 13 yesterday before 9pm and it's saying "order awaiting dispatch" what does this mean? And when will I get my order? It said next day but hasn't arrived yet it's 11:30 many thanks

I think it means they dont have any!

I too ordered yesterday and my order status is showing its on backoreder!

Awaiting dispatch I think means that stock has been allocated to your order so should be dispatched pretty soon.

How long do orders usually take to be dispatched?

As we are customers here we can't really say that so what is your status saying, if awaiting dispatch then it could be a few days at a guess.

Doesn't mean that all.It means it's getting ready to be boxed and then leave the warehouses.

I ordered a phone and it said it would be delivered the next day, i had to call up to cancel my order and change it to a different colour that was in stock or i would've been waiting over 4 weeks to get my phone

You've added to a thread over a year old. The delivery times mentioned on the website are not that accurate probably due to the high amount of stock arriving and leaving the warehouses each day. Some customers ordering the new iPhone 15 variants are waiting longer than the 4 weeks you mention.
