I'm trying to order a new phone but do not need a data plan as already have this set up on my husbands account. He has tried to upgrade phone through his account but keeps getting a credit error which we have contacted Experian about. Any advice how I do this as on my account it won't let me order without adding a data plan?

Hi @Lorraine1505 if it won't let you order without a plan then choose the cheapest option and don't activate it, it will then drop off your account and you won't be charged.
