Online swap not working

Why is the online swap not working I am after updating my iPad and all I get is a message saying it's not you it's us click on the refresh button but when you do all you get is the same message. Really annoying this

As customers here we can't say why this isn't working so you will need to call Sky to get this ordered, so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to use:
