Sent back my old phone but still getting charged.Did speak to someone on phone they saud they would sort it.Also said they would refund what I over paid.

Hi @Mollie+123 was this part of a swap ? When did you send it as it usually takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, in that time you continue to pay and any overpayment will be refunded.
