Old phone return

When and how do I recieve the value quoted for return of my old phone after taking out a new contract with a new phone

Hi @Duncan__68  was this part of the swap process as any money from that goes to pay off the remaining balance on the swapped phone.

Yes & no. It was a swap but I was out of contract so I didn't owe anything on my old phone. 

I am of the understanding that it would go towards upcoming bills but when I check on predicted upcoming bills I see no discount

In that case @Duncan__68  it should appear as credit on your account once it's been received and checked by sky, that process normally takes 2-4 weeks.

Yep. I've had the phone about a month so maybe I'll give it another couple of weeks before contacting Sky. 

If I do need to contact them, what's my best option.
