Number transfer (porting), SMS, IMessage,

Hi everyone,


The amount of customer who had issues when porting number to sky Mobile is considerably. Those 24 hours that takes are sometimes a lot more time. Common issues I identified when I transferred from o2. 

Unable to receive SMS, unable to activate apple services such as IMessage and FaceTime. Partially ported as my O2 SIM card still has signal and the internet work but looks like the call and text not. 
After 36 hours. Everything works besides FaceTime and iMessage as it doesn't activate, as these services need to send an international sms to activate that sky is not allowing. Made a complaint, waiting to hear back from them.
