I'm able to make and receive calls after switching from o2 but not texts.
i message and FaceTime works perfectly fine. I have deleted the temporary number from my iTunes account.
it's still showing under "my number" and I'm unable to just change it. It doesn't save

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust keep trying it as apparently it can take a number of attempts before it will save. It might also be worth rebooting your phone before trying again to change it.
