Number changed or not?

Hi I purchased Iphone 15 pro deal with sky I askaed to not change my number, previously my number was (removed) this is also showing in this app , but whenever I call someone this number shows (removed) Please make it correct as soon as possible I need my previous number. Thank you

Did you just order the phone and continue using the sim you had or have you transferred a number to Sky from a different network ?
