Hi Just switched from o2 to sky. I have done the pac But I have emergency calls only, no or erratic mobile data, Internet explorer is not upgraded enough but it won't give me the option to upgrade, no texts available. I'm dependent on WiFi to use my phone. I can't get hold of sky or o2 but the telephone function doesn't work. The sky virtual assistant said they could not help
