Not registered on network
For the past 5-6 weeks been having problems with sky mobile signal while at home, 3 sky devices in the house and all the same. Been onto sky a number of times but not getting anywhere just get chat from india or somewhere who dont understand the situation fully. All 3 devices are still under contract but because they are not providing the service I am paying for, am I within my rights to cancel all 3 contracts as not fit for purpose. if was only a day or so you dont mind but when its been so long its disgusting. All you get when trying to contact is a stupid automated robot or someone from overseas not fully understand what you are saying and just replying off a script.

Device and data plans are separate contracts. If you've had the dataplan for a year then move to a different provider.
...or Sky may agree to release you from the dataplan without penalty but not the device plans.

Re: Not registered on network
No nothing there, when searching our area is says a mast has an issue but its been saying that for 5-6 weeks. I am unable to get any date when it will be resolved so this is why I am thinking of cancelling all 3 contracts paying a lot of money each month to be isolated at home. from any replies i have had from sky no one seems to be interested at all.

Yes but if you have a local mast issue then any new provider may have the same issue. Particularly any MVNO of O2.
