Not registered on network
I've paid my sky bill I've driven around all day different areas and I get is not registered on network what's happening

Were you late in paying this bill so that your mobile service had been restricted because if this was the case you will also need to setup your payment method again and if you were 2 weeks or more late in paying the bill then next one will need to be paid as well.
