Not registered on network

Joined sky 2 days ago all OK. Then emergency calls only all yesterday. Checked and said upgrade work finished by 6pm. Still not registering. Says network is fine now. Tried all help guides nothing works. Says sim does not allow connection to sky. As a new customer this is farcical. Any help appreciated.

Is the phone one you got from Sky ?

Hi @I2005W  have you tried restarting your phone ? Once repair/upgrade work has taken place it can take a day or two for things to settle down.

No just the sim. It worked fine day 1 but after upgrade work in area nothing.

Yes tried that, resetting mobile settings, connecting manually nothing is working unfortunately

If the phone isn't from Sky do you know if it is unlocked, I know you said it did work previously but if the phone able to take a sim from the Sky network ?

Yes its unlocked as it worked ok day 1.

You could try ordering a replacement sim to see if that helps so if this link doesn't work:

 

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

 

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.
