Not recive the free cover for the tab I order

Didn't recive the free 200 pound cover when I order the tab which I recive last week

If the tablet you ordered was a Samsung one then you have to put in a claim for the cover which you can do via here:

 

https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/tabs2025launchoffer/en-GB

 

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Hi @Shazie68  what were the instructions for obtaining the cover ? Was it due to be sent automatically or did you have to claim ?
